Thanks for your interest in Heroes West Sports Grill. At Heroes West we have
two areas specifically designated for special events. For groups of 20-35 we have
our semi-private area located off of the main bar called “The Bull Pen”.

This area is visible from the restaurant, however, is separated by railings
and sits on a raised platform.

For seated groups of 45-90 or up to 110 for cocktail style service we have our
NASCAR themed private room “Victory Lane”. You and your guests will be
impressed with our expertly prepared food served by friendly folks in an attractive
and comfortable sports themed surrounding. Our Events Coordinators will help
you plan every detail of your event, within your budget, helping to assure complete
success and satisfaction.

All prices are subject to 20% gratuity and service fee and applicable sales tax.
Additional fees may apply for cash or tab bar service.

All events are secured with a deposit (based off total order) and signed contract.

Room hours and course schedules are outlined in each contract to insure peak food
quality and maximum service. Prices subject to change without notification.
